Submit the brief questionnaire and we will get in touch with you to schedule a free video consultation.

2. Complete Your Virtual Consultation

Meet your physical therapist coach, discuss your training history, previous injuries, and goals and complete a brief movement screen.

3. Sign Up for your first program and start training

Receive your program within 24 hours of signing up and get started training!

4. Semi-Monthly Check-Ins

Check in with your coach twice per month to ensure your program is working within your lifestyle and you’re progressing towards your goals.

5. Performance Add Ons/ Injury Consulting

Optionally, get a comprehensive running mechanics assessment to improve your running economy and address injury risk factors. Or, discuss options for training around current injuries.

6. Renewal Incentives

If you are satisfied with your program and would like to continue training, we offer a discount on each subsequent program to recognize your hard-work as a 9-5 athlete.

Video Consultation

Meet your physical therapist coach, discuss your training history, goals, previous injuries, and go through a brief movement screen.

Start Training

Sign up for your first 12 week program and receive your program within 24 hours.

Semi-Monthly Check-Ins

After training with your program for 2 weeks, you will check in with your physical therapist coach to discuss how the training is going and to fine tune the program. From there, you’ll follow up twice per month to ensure you’re progressing towards your goals.
